Signed Books — No Returns
All signed and autographed books are final sale.
Due to their personalized nature, signed editions are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchasing signed copies.
Standard (Unsigned) Book Returns
Unsigned books may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Book must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos of the issue
We will review your claim and provide a replacement if applicable.
Digital Products
All digital downloads and eBooks are final sale and non-refundable.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
